We use Royal Mail to deliver the majority of our orders.

We will attempt to despatch all orders in line with our estimates shown in the Delivery Estimate box. For more information please see Despatch Estimates and Further Information.

Most of our orders are delivered to UK addresses within 3 working days.

We do not guarantee same day despatch if this is shown in the Delivery Estimate box, regardless of the Royal Mail service selected.

Please contact us if you order has not arrived within 7 days.

We reserve the right to ship items to the supplied and verified billing addresses if the billing address is different to the shipping address.

All orders will be sent by a signed for service regardless of whether they have are being sent in the UK or outside of the UK. Options exists to add Special Delivery at an extra postal cost for all orders sent within the UK.

The Royal Mail Special Delivery service offered is the "Next Day" service. The service level offered by Royal Mail under this service is currently delivery by 1pm to the majority of the UK on the next working day after despatch. Please note that theINtoy makes no guarantee on the day of despatch of your order. Please see the Royal Mail website for further information on this service




If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 working days for a prompt exchange or refund. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging to the following address:

The costs of return postage will only be refunded if we have agreed to do so before the item is sent and the item is returned to our instructions.

Generally, we will not refund return postage costs if the item is being returned as it is unwanted for any reason. We would normally accept the costs of return postage if we have made an error and sent the wrong item, or the item is seen to be faulty on return. Please contact us for instructions before returning a faulty item or an item you believe we have sent in error.

Any item worth less than £34 may be sent in the normal postal system. Please remember to obtain a Certificate of Posting Certificate from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Items over £34 should be sent Special delivery to cover the cost of the package should it go missing.

We will refund your payment, less postage charges, e.g. Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery charges, within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
