Possible Translation: This card cannot be special summoned. This card can only be sacrificed summon by sacrificing Wind-Type monsters. While this card is on the field faced-up, at the end phase both players takepoint damage. The damage done to the players would be decreased by 5 points for every Magic or Trap card the player is in control of.
