DS-Slot1 is a website run and managed by theINtoy Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
| All website details, including prices, are subject to change and notification of any relevant changes will be given to the buyer following receipt of order. The buyer will subsequently be offered the opportunity to cancel or amend the order. All prices shown are correct at the time of publication. All dimensions are approximate. Payment must be tendered with the order and orders will only be accepted on receipt of cleared funds. theINtoy reserves the right to refuse an order. theINtoy will dispach goods within 14 days, theINtoy will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. Should theINtoy be notified of any difficulties in shipping this information will be passed to the buyer. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received by the buyer. The entire liability of theINtoy under the contract to which the order relates is limited to the value of the order and theINtoy will have no liability for consequential loss, except where losses were within the contemplation of both parties. Claims in respect of defective products must be notified within 30 days and no refunds will be given for later notifications. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. | | Chargebacks Chargebacks occur when a customer complains to their card issuer about an entry on their statement. Card issuers will generally refund the entry to the customer and "chargeback" the retailer. theINtoy Limited works exceptionally hard to ensure all orders are despatched and any issues raised are dealt with in a fair and timely manner. To this extent, theINtoy Limited has an exceptionally high reputation with its card merchant account supplier and will always vigourously defend any chargeback attempts. If a chargeback is not resolved and theINtoy Limited subsequently suffers a loss due to this, theINtoy Limited reserves the right to make the following charges to recover our loss: - We will invoice the total amount of the chargeback to the customer
- We will pass on all card issuer chargeback adminstration fees. These are currently £15.
- We will charge £15 administration fee
- We will pass on any other fees incurred in recovering the loss
We encourage all customers to contact us if they are in anyway unhappy with the service received from theINtoy Limited. We always have and always will do all we can to rectify any issue in as pleasant and friendly manner as possible. |
