Membership Information

1.      Membership is available to all individuals on purchase of the appropriate membership fee.

2.      theINtoy Limited does not and can not guarantee the availability of any product.

3.      Membership does not provide any preference in respect of product availability. All products purchased through theINtoy Limited are sourced from the same stock with all customers regardless of membership or memberships having equal access to purchase this stock.

4.      Membership can only be used by the individual through that individuals registered account with theINtoy Limited.

5.      Membership can not be transferred to any other account or individual.

6.      theINtoy Limited reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant. Membership is revocable by theINtoy Limited without cause.

7.      Membership is subject to any and all rules adopted by theINtoy Limited, and these rules may be amended from time to time without notice.

8.      All membership fees are final. No refund or partial refund will be available on a membership fee once purchases have been made using the membership account.

9.      On request theINtoy Limited will refund your membership fee at any time if you are not fully satisfied AND you have not made any purchases during that period of membership. Your membership will be terminated on refund.

Membership Details

1.      The membership fee paid at the time of application depends on the number of months membership purhased

2.      The Qunatity shown in the price box refers to the number of months membership being applied for.

3.      Membership starts immeidiately payment has been received and will continue for the number of onths purchased.

Membership Renewal

1.      Membership renewal is not automatic.

2.      Membership renewal can be applied for at anytime with any new period of membership starting on the day after the expiry date of any existing membership enrolment.

Payment

1.      We welcome cheques drawn on UK Bank accounts, UK postal orders, debit cards, credit cards and PayPal.

2.      Cheques must be in the exact amount

3.      If any legal action is brought by theINtoy Limited to collect monies, the member will pay the face amount of the order/transaction, plus interest thereon at the rate of two percent (2%) per month, plus expenses incurred during collection.

4.      Title to all merchandise passes to the member when full payment is received, and cleared in the case of payment by cheque.

5.      Only members with valid membership may purchase items at membership discounted prices through websites run by theINtoy Limited.

Miscellaneous

1.      theINtoy Limited can refuse to process an order made by a member at any time at its sole discretion.

2.      All transactions, including returns, can only be made by the member.

On request theINtoy Limited will refund your membership fee at any time if you are not fully satisfied AND you have not made any purchases during that period of membership. Your membership will be terminated on refund.
